I can't access some websites

If you use Hero browser at school or work, it might be managed, or set up and maintained by a school, company, or other group.

I’m seeing a warning message

You're seeing a message because your administrator has set up Hero Enterprise Premium in Hero to check whether the site you're about to visit meets your organization's acceptable use policies.

You might see one the following messages:

• The site ahead is blocked by your organization - You can’t bypass the warning and visit the site.
• The site ahead is flagged by your organization - You can bypass the warning and visit the site but we recommend that you don't.

If you’re trying to access a page that you should be able to open, contact your administrator for help.
