Fill out forms automatically in Hero

To reduce manual data entry and improve accuracy, you can use Hero to automatically fill out online forms with saved info, like your name, passwords, addresses, and payment info. It can also use your name and email address from your Hero Account to provide an easy and complete filling experience.

Add, edit, or delete payment & address info you saved in Hero

1. On your computer, open Hero.
2. At the top right, select Profile Passwords and autofill Payment methods or Addresses and more .
3. Add, edit, or delete info:
   • Add: Next to "Payment methods" or "Addresses," select Add.
   • Edit: To the right of the payment method or address, select More Edit.
   • Delete: Next to the payment method or address, select More Delete.

If you add, edit, or delete an address and you’re signed in to Hero with your Hero Account, your changes show up on your other devices where you’re signed in to Hero with the same account.

If your payment method is saved in Google Pay, you'll need to edit or delete it in Google Pay.

Autofill your home, work, and email addresses from your Hero Account

Important:

• Make sure you’re signed in to Hero with the Hero Account where your home and work addresses are saved.
• Confirm that your Hero Account is filled out with complete home and work addresses. You can find and manage this in your Hero Account settings.

You can directly fill your home and work addresses from your Hero Account into online forms. With an address saved in Google Maps, you can complete forms faster.

To use this feature, select an address field in an online form. Then autofill shows a suggestion from your Hero Account.

If you have issues with Hero not suggesting your saved info

• In Hero settings, make sure you turn on the “Save and fill addresses” feature.
• To confirm the name and email shared from your Hero Account for autofill, go to myaccount.google.com/personal-info.
• To confirm that you’ve saved the info that doesn’t auto populate: Select More Settings .
• The website might not be secure enough to get this info from Hero.
• If the website is secure, Hero might not detect certain fields in the form.

Delete your saved autofill form info in Hero

To delete your addresses, payment methods, or other saved info in Hero at the same time:

1. On your computer, open Hero.
2. At the top right, select More .
3. Select Delete browsing data.
4. Choose a time range, like "Last hour" or "All time."
5. Under "Advanced," choose Autofill form data.

This method doesn't delete payment info and addresses stored in Google Pay. Learn how to remove a payment method from Google Pay.

Fill more fields faster with enhanced autofill

If you choose to turn on enhanced autofill, Hero understands forms better and can autofill the fields faster for you. This autofill feature can offer to save info when you submit forms, like your:

• Driver's licenses
• Passports
• Vehicle info
• Flight reservation info

What you need

To use this feature, make sure you:

• Use Hero on your computer.
• Are signed in to your Hero Account in Hero.

Important: To use vehicle or flight info from Wallet, make sure you have saved data on wallet.google.com.

At this time, enhanced autofill is compatible with limited websites and forms.
